Delivery
- Collection from our warehouse is free on any order. We'll text you when your order is ready.
- Local delivery within 15 miles of the warehouse is free on orders of £150 or more. Below that, delivery costs £10.
- UK mainland delivery by courier or pallet is free on orders of £500 or more. Below that, we'll give you a price before we send it.
- We don't deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland or offshore islands as standard. Ask us for a price.
- The minimum order is £50.
- Orders placed by 12 noon on a working day are usually ready or sent within 1 to 2 working days.
- Someone needs to be there to sign for deliveries. If nobody is available, we may charge to deliver again.
Checking your order
- Please check your goods when they arrive and before you sign. If a box is damaged, write "damaged" on the delivery note.
- Tell us about any damage, missing or wrong items within 48 hours. Email your order number and photos to [email protected].
- Once we've checked, we'll replace, credit or refund the affected items.
Returns
- As a trade customer you can't return goods because you've changed your mind, unless we agree first.
- If we agree a return, the goods must be unused, in their original packaging and back with us within 14 days. We may charge a 10% restocking fee.
- Faulty items are replaced or credited if you tell us within 30 days of delivery.
- Disposables, hygiene products and anything opened or cut to size can't be returned.
Credit accounts
- Orders on credit are added to your account and paid at the shop by the date we agree.
- We may pause orders if your account goes over its credit limit or a payment is late.
