Who we are
This site is run by Five Plus Ltd, a wholesale supplier to businesses. If you have a question about your information, email [email protected].
What we keep
- Your trade account application: business name and type, address, company and VAT numbers if given, contact name, mobile and email.
- Your orders, what you paid and any money paid onto a credit account.
- Your password, stored only in a scrambled form that nobody can read, including us.
- Notes we add to your account to help us serve you, such as delivery preferences.
Why we keep it
- To check your application and run your trade account.
- To take, pick, deliver and invoice your orders, and to manage credit.
- To keep the business records the law requires.
We never sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you trade with us. Order and payment records are kept for as long as UK law requires businesses to keep accounting records (usually six years). Applications we turn down are deleted once they're no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we don't need to keep it. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
