Terms of trade
The terms our trade customers buy on. All amounts are before VAT.
Trade only
We sell to businesses only. Opening a trade account is free, and we may decline or close an account at our discretion.
Prices and orders
- Prices are shown to logged-in trade customers and are before VAT, which is added where it applies.
- Prices and stock can change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
- The minimum order is £50.
- An order is accepted once we start picking it. If something is out of stock we'll tell you and won't charge for it.
Paying
- Card orders are paid before collection or delivery.
- Credit accounts have a limit agreed with us. Credit orders are paid at the shop, and payments clear your oldest orders first.
- We may pause a credit account that is over its limit or overdue.
- Goods stay ours until they have been paid for in full.
